Cancelation policy

If you wish to cancel a reservation for private property, please inform us in writing via email. We will calculate all applicable cancellation charges from the date that we receive your written cancellation notice.

• If reservation is cancelled up to 31 days prior to the guests' arrival, 30% of the non-refundable deposit shall be retained.
• If reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior guests' arrival, total amount of property booking will be retained to cover the cost of the late cancellation.

We highly recommend that all guests obtain trip cancellation travel insurance that is adequate for their needs.

Payment

Once we receive your written confirmation of the property booking via email, we will send you a Rental Agreement with stated terms and conditions of your booking. Along with the Rental Agreement, we will send you a proforma invoice for a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount, which must be paid within 3 working days (72 hours). Once you have sent us a signed copy of the Rental Agreement and confirmation of payment, your private property booking will be considered confirmed. The remaining 70% of total booking amount, as second non-refundable deposit, is required to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival in property. If the booking is made within 40 days of the arrival date, full payment of the rental cost is required. If any payment is not done within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking, and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
